1st floor, private suite of this beautiful, semi updated home. We have been upgrading this beautiful 1940s home and have brought some of the new kitchen appliances into its vintage kitchen. Hardwood and porcelain floors. Master bedroom with a queen bed, 2 twin airbeds in closet, and a his/hers closet. The master bathroom has a stunning, long shower and his/her sink. Enormous kitchen with new elegant quartz countertops and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Spacious living room with 2 leather couches. Fully stocked kitchen and dining table for 4. Keurig coffee maker and flavored coffee. Ceiling fans in every room. Hardwood and tile floors throughout (no carpet).
Nestled among an acre of trees with plenty of outdoor space for walking, dogs, and children to play. The spectacular trees surround the sides and back of the house.
5-10 minutes away from Downtown Americus and close to restaurants. This listing is for the first-floor private suite with its private spacious kitchen, living room, dining, master bedroom/bathroom and laundry room. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The rest of the house is vacant and still a work in progress. Please be assured no work will be done while you are in the property.
