Upon entering the home, you are met with a STUNNING view of the home, an expansive outside deck, and its hillside & mountainous surroundings. The 2,500+ sq. ft. of living space with a split floor plan sitting on an 11-acre lot has been beautifully constructed by the owners themselves. Open concept with plenty of windows and natural sunlight! In the fall /winter months, cozy up by our wood stove with favorite glass of local Pinot.

There are over 40 wineries within a 10-mile radius of this property. The view and location of the property is a perfect blend of privacy and view. You'll be at the end of a private, gated dead-end road off a dead-end county road. It is a wonderful place to relax and not have any unwanted visitors!

MULTI-SPACE FLOOR PLAN – Privacy & Comfort
The home offers plenty of space for comfortable entertainment, with two ample and stunning views living room setting (upstairs and downstairs). The upstairs enfolds an open view from the front door, through the dining room and living room; step out to a wrapped around deck overseeing the private hillside views of Oregon’s wine country. The private master bedroom includes a California King bed, TV, walk-in closet, private access to the deck and stunning valley view, full bath with double sinks.

The downstairs includes a kitchenette with a wet bar, professional grade massage chair for ultimate enjoyment, and access to the back deck overseeing the mountainous hillside views. Two oversized bedrooms with California King beds, access to the 6-person sparkling covered spa, under the covered patio, and outdoor fire pit. Make great family moments by the wood burning fire pit (sticks for s’mores, and plenty of firewood are provided).

The kitchen is fully stocked for your next home-cooked meal and outfitted with new home appliances, not to mention the center island to prepare a chef’s night meal. Complementary coffee and tea for mornings.

The sliding pocket doors allow you to open the home and create a private hillside paradise feel with an indoor/outdoor living experience. Cooking in the kitchen, while others enjoy a glass of local wine by the living room fireplace, even out by the deck, or enjoying a good soak.

CHILDREN’S ACCESSORIES –
If traveling with small children under two, we have a two highchairs (one travel size, one full size), a baby gate for the stairs (please read instructions carefully - we are not responsible for improper installation), and a pack and play available for use to make your stay more convenient and stress-free.

Whether you prefer the warmth of an indoor fireplace in the upstairs living room, or the enchanting glow of an outdoor firepit, our home offers both types. Gather around the fire with loved ones and create lasting memories! (sticks for s’mores, and plenty of firewood are provided).

All amenities listed are yours to enjoy! Our property insurance allows guests to stay near the house and on roadways. Please do not venture outside improved areas near the home.

PARKING -
With a large driveway in front, you may park plenty of vehicles for your convenience. Please refrain from parking in the grass areas.

KEYLESS ENTRY -
Guests will be provided with a door code for the private gate to access the property and main house door. These codes will be used on the keypad at the front door of the home and access gate pad providing access to the home throughout the duration of your stay.

-This home is in a GREAT location close to it all! If you have specific questions about the location of the home or nearby attractions, send us a message and we will be happy to provide the information you need to be sure this is the right location for you.

-Video surveillance cameras monitor the front exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy or other policies noted in our listing. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in the home or backyard, or these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras are prohibited and may result in a fee.

-Please refrain from going outside the eastern rear fence as the area is unimproved and uninsured.

-Additional bedding for 2 is available with a high-quality air mattress and bedding.

- Please respect our neighbors’ privacy and remain respectful of the surrounding areas of our home.

- Additional cleaning fees will be charged if any additional cleaning time is required to get the property back to its original standard.

-We have NO PET POLICY that is actively enforced on this property.

-We have a NO SMOKING POLICY on this property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the property.

-The check-out time is at 10am the day of your departure. Checking out late may result in a $200 late checkout fee for the costs of stress associated with expedited cleaning and laundry turnover for our cleaners.

-Our property insurance only allows guests to stay near the house and on roadways. Please do not venture outside improved areas near home. We are in the country with poison oak, pests, and wild animals.

ABOUT OUR HOME –
This house was designed and built by two artist owners, Greg and Kirsten, who share a semi-minimalist aesthetic with an emphasis on geometric lines. The goal was to contrast the surroundings in form but compliment it in color. “This property has been one giant art project for us that we hope you will love. We want this property to be a place that heals you. Life is very difficult, stressful, and humans can be hard to deal with. We hope you can feel the peace we have prayed over this land and home. We hope you leave feeling closer to who you are, more centered, and more alive."
We have a NO PET POLICY that is actively enforced on this property.

This property has a strict quiet hours policy (9pm to 8am) that includes one warning and a fine and no-refund eviction to follow if noise is not immediately managed. Please remember that, while this is not your home, we need to be respectful of our neighbors.

We have a NO SMOKING POLICY on this property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the property.

Check-out time is at 10am the day of your departure. Checking out late may result in a $200 late checkout fee for the costs of stress associated with expedited cleaning and laundry turnover for our cleaners.
