Pros Cheap rates Free parking Close to Disneyland and freeways Staff is friendly and helpful Has a microwave and refrigerator Cons Rooms are very dirty and old. Walls has something "splattered" on them. Sofabed cushions had white stains and flipped them over before putting suitcases on them. No luggage rack. Towels are only big enough if you're under 5' and less than 100 pounds. No face or hand towels, or bath mat as well. No closet space or anything to hang any of your clothes. Sheets had hair and were stained. Air conditioner was leaking water in the room and seems to have been doing it for some time as the floor has water damage. Roaches, ants, and a crickets in the room. Air conditioner is located around the wall and does not cool off 6he entire room very well. Bed was badly stained. Bed is soft and lumpy Pillows are flat and lumpy Some sketchy people walk through the parking lot at night. No coffee maker Sliding window in the bathroom does not have a lock on it. Sink vanity was missing face plate Would not stay there again.

Dirty with roaches

The hotel was not like the pictures at all it was way more run down than it shows and they have roachs it’s very dirty and not pleasant the floors were dirty the bathroom was messed up and clearly broken down and put back together I do not recommend

While the recent remodeling and updates to the room were appreciated, the cleanliness of the accommodations was a significant concern. The spaciousness of the rooms was a positive aspect; however, the lack of cleanliness, including the condition of the linens, detracted from the overall experience. Addressing the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior spaces is recommended.

I liked that at times it didn't have hot water I like that the room I had had water all over the floor because the fridge leaked I liked that I got harassed by the desk clerk cuz I talk to somebody on the sidewalk and he said I was going to have him come in my room which is my room which is my right I liked are they deposit always changes on room that's broke down ann s*****.

The room was clean, but needs paint and the barroom cabinet was falling apart. Towels were old but clean. Beds were nice. No maid service during our 4 night stay. Very affordable if all you need is a place to sleep.
