Horrible rooms and service

It was horrible the hotel was super dirty it’s not family friendly yesterday when we were coming from Disneyland There was a man using drugs in the parking lot something my kids shouldn’t see and to add to that the room next us didn’t let us sleep they had music all night coming in and out of the room , we heard men and women coming out of that room my 4 year old has rashes on her arm and face don’t believe the pictures the hotel and room don’t look like the pictures this hotel is horrible, the people in the front in desk super rude there were two men both barefooted I think they sleep in the back room the plus the showers didn’t have hot water

Unfortunately, we found not one but two roaches in our room, and I do have photos to show. It was really upsetting, and my boyfriend and I felt uncomfortable staying, so we ended up leaving that same night

The only thing had a problem with was a PS5 not connecting to the wi-fi. Other than that, the room was amazing. Very spacious and look just like the photos. Makes you feel like you're in a luxury suite.

The room was ok, the linen was dirty with stains Definitely needs some upgrades and proper cleaning. The area was ok, check in was quick However the room should definitely have been checked for cleanliness and inspection for upkeep.
