Well when I got there was a huge group in the lobby but staff were calm and were able to help me out with out frustrations. Checking in was smooth. Parking easy. The room was good enough. Went to Disneyland and came back. It was good. I did uber eats too. I would come back

unfortunately when I was staying here the service was extremely bad. The staff acted stuck up and snobby, we were there for a few days and I wish we got a refund and chose somewhere else, please don’t go here!

This hotel is much dirtier than the last time we stayed here, especially the carpet. The fixtures are wearing down and everything felt very dingy. Good location but faint cigarette smoke smell on our entire floor. Shampoo and conditioner are decent. It’s not the worst place for the price and location, but we will likely be staying elsewhere on our next visit.

Family visit

The room was great the available for the room at the time arrived was amazing!!!! But when I called for our room to be cleaned no one came and I had to call and ask for someone to come in to clean. Disappointed because we have been regular guests for over 6 years. So disappointed. But other than that our stay was nice. We enjoyed the pool and everything.

The bed was so comfortable especially after a long day at the park. Loved having the co bc niece of a microwave and fridge in the room. The walk to the park wasn’t bad.

The place was really nice and clean! Disney theme so fits the trip if you’re going to Disney! It’s a 15 min walk to the park. Love the complimentary drink you get at check in! Only dislike was they charge for parking each night! Other than that great place to start!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Lulu for a solo trip to Disneyland. As a woman, it was important to me to stay somewhere safe, within good walking distance to the park and that had parking that would allow me to stay parked at the hotel the day of check out (as I would be at Disneyland). I was DELIGHTED to find that I could leave my car parked until midnight on the day of check out without any additional fee. This was exactly what I was looking for! The staff was excellent as well - very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the property was in good condition. This will definitely be my new "go to" for quick trips to Disneyland!
