I RENTED THE MOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO DISNEYLAND...THE GUY WHOM CHECKED ME IN WAS REALLY NICE...HOWEVER I WAS MY GRANDAUGHTER AND...WE WENT AN PARKED IN FRINT OF OUT ROOM...WE GOT OUT OF THE CAR. MY GRANDAUGHTER GRABBED HER THINGS AN WAITED FOR ME AT TOP OF STAIRS...THIS MAN PULLS IN AN GETS OUT OF HIS TRUCK...HE LOOKED AT USE AN SAID DID YOU NEED SOMEONE OR SOMETHING OUT OF THAT ROOM...WE SAID NO AN HURRIED INTO OUR ROOM...IT WAS VERY WIERD AN MADE FEEL WIERD....IM PRETTY SURE HE STAYS THERE ALOT...HIS TRUCK WAS THERE ENTIRE TIME...CREEPY

Title: Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price My stay at this Motel 6-Fullerton was very disappointing. The room had a horrible musty odor, unclean floors and Towels. The smell of marijuana from neighboring rooms made it hard to have my small children there. The staff was unhelpful when I raised my concerns and rather disrespectful. To make matters worse, there were unexpected charges on my bill that the front desk couldn’t seem to explain. And the communication between employees was poor and seemed like the story was always changing. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Above average Motel only a step off the 91

Easy and quick check-in; front desk staff was great. Requested to switch rooms shortly after check-in to get a refrigerator and microwave, and was quickly granted that request with a very minimal upcharge. Not bad at all in terms of noise from other rooms, but if you're in the front building, the cars on St. College can get loud. If you're in and out and just need a place to stay, it's a cheap and solid option.

Even the non smoking rooms have a very strong cigarette smell, I’ve got asthma and a dog. Even after spraying the whole room with Lysol including the blinds, I could not get rid of the smell. A couple next door arguing and yelling, people in the parking lot smoking weed like no one is watching.

1 star isn’t low enough for how terrible our experience was. The first night we arrived we went to shower and found every towel in the room was dirty. When I went to the front desk for more towels they gave me more towels that were dirty. On the second night at around midnight after a long day the front desk worker came banging on the door that he refunded my entire stay and I needed to go up front and pay again. I was about to shower at the time and said I’d go after. 20- 30 minutes later he’s banging on the door again that I need to head up front to pay for the stay again after I had already said I would go down after. The third night was far worse. At the end of the day after being gone we came to the hotel and opened the room door to find out the room deadbolt had been completely broken off, and a cockroach in the restroom. Went to the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do for us and we should feel safe as there is security walking around which there was not any security in sight.
