The staff was consistently sweet and thoughtful. We were remembered as guests, and asked questions about our day upon evening return to the hotel. The room amenities were nice. The hotel location is extremely inconvenient, due to the cast member only parking lot by Disney. There is no path for entry, therefore customers must walk around the property adding on 10-15minutes per trip.

Staff did great with everyday room cleaning and restocking of towels. There have been past properties where weve stayed where they dont make the bed, or restock woth clean towels. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was filling and enjoyed the variety. It was a great area with shopping and dining you can walk to. We were right next to Disney.
