The hotel may not be the closest hotel to the entrance but not a bad walk maybe 10min. Facility wise, rooms, cleanliness and parking was great. The staff is friendly and texted everyday to see if we needed anything. Will stay here again.

Room was mid but serviceable. Bathroom had horrible water pressure and ran out of hot water, also the door is one of those slide doors (doesn’t feel like it’s closed) Are there once and it was gas station grade reheated frozen food. Asked the front desk if they had shuttles, and questions about the park…apathetic was the response. They seemed burnt out and didn’t really care.

The bed is very uncomfortable, the a/c is too loud, sounds like a motorcycle next to your bed, the bathroom door is the kind that slides and doesn't fully close so don't go with someone you don't feel 100% comfortable around. Also the parking is 40dlls per night and they charged us for something that wasn't ours so check your invoice thoroughly.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was 10/10. Perfect distance to the park ( 10-15 min walk but not too bad at all ) and overall me and my girlfriend will always go out of our way to book here again for our annual Disney Trip. Thank you SunCoast for an awesome experience. Everyone there from the front desk to even the custodian that I shared a little convo with gets 10/10 service.
