There are many advantages of renting this house: 1) Its proximity with the beaches of Portonovo, just 10 min away; 2) the typical tranquillity of the countryside, away from populated areas (however, the convenient urban centres can be easily reached by a few-minute drive. 3) the possibility of a holiday by the sea and trips to Monte Conero at the same time. The apartment, in a house of stone, is ideal for 2 people (possibility of additional beds) and offers a direct access to the garden, where you will find deck chairs, umbrellas, and a garden table with chairs. The apartment has a large lounge with TV, an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and roof covered with wooden beams. It has a double bedroom and one bathroom.
