Stay comfortably in Anderson at this 5-bedroom house. The welcoming property features 1 king bed, 4 queen beds and a twin/queen bunkbed ensuring an excellent night's sleep for all guests. Bring the whole family to this beautiful home with lots of room for fun. This spacious home can accommodate up to 13 people in 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Located 13 miles from Clemson. This is the perfect space to enjoy a Clemson game weekend, a family reunion, or just a getaway to the lake. It features a double slip dock(owner keeps boat in one slip, guests have use of the other slip). Other amenities include WIFI, streaming TV's, gas grill, foosball table, arcarde game pull-out couch and much more!

Master bedroom is located on the main level with a private bath. The other 4 bedrooms are on the upper level.

Lower level has an additional sleeping area with a set of bunk beds.

Game room area on the lower level with a foosball table, arcade game and board games.

Also features a commercial grade ice maker ! Great for filling up coolers for a day on the lake !
