Es un cuatro estrellas pero ni un hostal está tan mal como el hotel. Se oye todo, muchísimo ruido, como si las paredes fueran de papel. Limpieza brillante por su AUSENCIA. El lavabo, viejo viejo,igual que todas sus instalaciones. Es muy antiguo. El acceso al parking es limitado y muy complicado acceder. No tienen ningún lugar para aparcar mientras se hace el check in, por lo que te pueden multar con facilidad.

El restaurante muy bonito y se come bien, las habitaciones les hace falta una reforma y sobretodo a ventanas porque entraba aire por todos lados, estando el hotel en un sitio de tanto frío y con 4 estrellas debería de tener mejor aislamiento y en la piscina también, ya que te conjelas y lo que apetece es un baño calentito y buena temperatura. El personal muy buen trato en todo momento.

Es un hotel cómodo sin más. Si tienes en mente un hotel de el estilo de “convenciones” así es este hotel. La distancia del centro es bastante poca, con lo que en la localización gana mucho. Al llegar nos choco que en la habitación había restos de comida y el baño estaba usado. En el siguiente turno de limpieza si dejaron la habitación bastante mejor. Por el resto, diríamos que es aceptable, sin más.

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, aunque daba a un patio interior muy pequeño y teníamos que tener el aire acondicionado casi siempre encendido. El servicio del hotel, excelente. Siempre con una sonrisa y muy amable. Se agradece estar atendidos por profesionales. El desayuno y la cena es buffet libre, bastante correcto y variado. En el garaje la rampa de acceso a las plantas es bastante estrecha y muy curvada. Los coches pequeños sin problema. Por Covid, mantienen cerrado el jacuzzi y la sauna, pero se puede nadar en la piscina interior y estar en la terraza tomando el sol. La ubicación es buena porque tienes parada de bus muy cerca y andando, en diez minutos estás en el centro.

Bonjour j'essaye de trouver votre centre de messagerie pour avoir un geste commerciale ou plutôt un remboursement serais plus juste Quand je prend un 4 étoiles c'est pour avoir un 4 étoiles , aucun des service proposez n'étais présent et rien neT mentionner sur votre site ,piscine salle de jeux restaurant,bar etc et pourtant on paient 4 étoile pour un hôtel vieillot (baignoire passé ,volet en sale état ,etc ) je demande un remboursement de cette nuit étant donné que j'ai pris cet hôtel pour une salle de jeux fermée car le bowling a andorre est fermé sauf que eux le précise sur leur site,expérience lamentable qui aurais pu bousiller notre week end sans parler des jeune avec de la musique deux chambres plus loin jusqu'à plus de 2h sans que personne du personnel ne leurs disent rien ...

Sin duda es un edificio antiguo y oscuro pero hemos encontrado una habitación limpia, bastante espaciosa. Bonita la piscina y la parte de Spa. Por lo que pagamos estamos más que satisfechos. No hemos podido utilizar el parking por pequeño pero nos dieron info sobra donde aparcar.
