Adoramos a estadia em todos os sentidos. O quarto é espaçoso, as acomodações do hotel são bonitas e o café da manhã é excelente. Tem opções sem leite e glúten, o que na maioria dos hotéis não encontramos

Muito bem recebido no Hotel. Todavia o serviço de bar foi muito ruim. Esqueceram nosso pedido e muito tempo depois levaram para outra mesa. O Bar deveria ter algum tipo de proteção por conta fo frio.

Tudo certo com o hotel. O atendimento foi mais que necessário excelente, todos os colaboradores são muito atenciosos. Problemas: 1- O hotel está numa região produtora de muitos cafés de qualidade, porém, o café disponível no café manhã é extremamente ruim, pior que qualquer café de beira de estrada, nem açúcar salva. 2- parecia que tinha uma máquina de lavar em cima do meu quarto, começa do nada uns barulhos.

Surpreende pelas instalações. A localização para meus objetivos foi excelente. Restaurante até 22h. Possui um lounge agradabilíssimo com uma vista para a serra muito bonita. Atendimento muito bom.

Excelente. Apenas um probleminha com a configuração do cartão da porta que ficava desconfigurando, aí temos que descer na recepção para configurar e uma luzinha no abajur que queimou, pedimos 2 vezes mas não trocaram. Mas não atrapalhou em nada a estadia e em diversas outras vezes foram muito solícitos com atendimento de excelência.
