• Equipped open kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, kitchen utensils

• Independent bedroom: double bed, storage.

• Renovated bathroom: shower cubicle, vanity unit, WC



🚗 Parking: Private parking space.

– 10 mins from Angers Convention Centre

- 15 mins from the city centre.



ℹ️ Practical Information



⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
