The room is clean, and the staff are helpful. The hotel nightly price is under the range of Holiday Inn and Radisson, which I think doesn’t make sense. It is a good hotel, but the price should be lower.

Excellent location & wonderful facilities. Friendly staff! The hotel WiFi system didn't work properly during my week long stay and I had to ask the front desk to activate the WiFi for me every day, sometimes twice a day.

Expect it as a hotel for smokers!

Over all it was ok. But when you advertise as a non smoker hotel, with only specific places to smoke and tickets if you brake it - then it is not approved. When you arrive to the reception, you have to pass through the smoking area, where people sits with ash trades all over. We came late and have to wait 20 minutes to check in. When we checked in, one of our rooms smelled a lot of smoking. It seems that cleaning personnel or like have smoked there or at the balcony. We told it to reception and they just lift their shoulders, as it was normal. We tried to open up the door to the balcony, but had to close it again, as smoke from the smoking area downsite came up and in. At breakfast we were more than surprised to see, that almost 70.% of the tables was with smokers. The girl served us took us to the table with distance to smokers and took the roof up, so smoke could go out, but also sun to get in. I’m trying to be reasonable, but it’s not ok -/ so please remove all you have written about being a non smoker hotel. It isn’t fair!

Kahvaltısı açık büfe gayet yeterli çeşit vardı ve lezzetliydi.Otel şık temiz ve konforluydu. sadece standart odaları biraz küçük ve odadaki tv lerde intrnet bağlantısı yoktu bu yüzden tv çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyonu arasak belki çözerdi ama çok yorgun olduğumuz için dert etmedik yatıp uyuduk. Yataklar çok rahattı ayrıca. Spa yı deneyimlemedim ama odada spa için kese ve fazla fazla duş jeli,vücut losyonu,traş seti,diş fırçası seti,terlik hepsi mevcut.

Standart oda tutmuştuk. Otele vardığımızda bize verilen oda -2. Katta be camları açılmıyordu. Ayrıca içerisi sigara kokuyordu. Bu yüzden odayı yükselttik yükselttiğimiz oda oldukça iyiydi. Standart oda hakkında eksi katlarda olabileceği ve camların durumu hakkında bilgi verilmesini tercih ederdim.
