Viehättävä seetriraputteleva duplex-koti historiallisessa Annapolisissa Paca-puutarhan ja merivoimien akatemian vieressä. Mukautettu keittiö, jossa graniittiset, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet ja aamiaisenurkka, joka sijaitsee ikkunalahdessa. Muodollinen olohuone kaasulämmitteellä ja perhehuone, jossa iso TV. Kolme makuuhuonetta sekä iso bonushuone (nukkuu 6-8) ja 2 1/2 kylpyä. Mukana suljettu kuisti, oma kattoterassi ja kaksi kadun ulkopuolella olevaa yksityistä pysäköintipaikkaa! Kävele Annapolisin ranta- ja pääkadulle 5–7 minuutissa.
Lomakoti on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta U.S. Naval Academy (koulu). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Fantastic location and historical house. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back soon. Yvonne was extremely responsive and very pleasant host. Historic welcoming home

We stayed at this property during Plebe Parent Weekend. It is the perfect location for walking access to USNA. Our Plebe was able to relax during her leave. The house itself included interesting family history in relation to USNA. The master suite was perfect—comfortable bed, large bath and washer and dryer. We didn’t fill the home but enjoyed the night views of the USNA chapel and statehouse as well as the areas for some private decompression. We made the most of our time together with time to spare for reporting back to the yard!

A wonderful stay near USNA

This location was perfect for us. We took our son to USNA, along with family, and this house was very convenient to the yard and downtown Annapolis. House was very well stocked and the beds were cozy. It was very easy to communicate with the host who went above and beyond and helped us secure lawn chairs for a picnic. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Wonderful home in Annapolis!

This house is truly incredible. There is so much room within the house for people to hang out, whether they want to be alone or in a group. The rooms were all very spacious and the kitchen is incredible. You can’t beat the location with the ability to walk to so many restaurants and cute stores. The owner is extremely responsive and kind.The only note I’ll leave that I wish I would have known before renting was that the floors are very squeaky!! By no means do I mean that in a negative way, as these floors are original to the home and absolutely beautiful, but having a young child there made moving around the bedroom difficult once they were asleep! I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again.

Historical Beauty

The history of this beautiful home is deeply intertwined with USNA which was very interesting for our family. The home itself is beautiful and well equipped with great bedding and towels, coffee, tons of drinkware....really everything we needed for a long weekend. Although we visited at a chilly time of year, the upstairs deck looks lovely! If you are looking to be close to DTA and USNA and enjoy a great night sleep in wonderful sheets, book this house!

Great Location for Academy Events

Right outside Gate1. Easy walking distance to the academy, downtown Annapolis and N-MC Stadium. Hosts were extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any and all questions. One of the better VRBO experiences!
