Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift) and surrounded by vibrant restaurants, bars, and boulangeries, the apartment offers the ultimate convenience and charm just a 6-minute walk from the lake.

Stylishly Renovated: Featuring a new kitchen (February 2023), custom-built stairs (March 2023), and tastefully selected furniture, the flat combines modern comfort with historical ambiance.
Cozy and Air-Conditioned: While compact, the flat is thoughtfully designed for comfort and includes a mobile air conditioning unit to keep you cool during the warmer months.
Ideal for Couples, Friends, or Small Families: The mezzanine sleeping area offers a double bed, and there’s a sofa bed in the living area. Please note, the mezzanine is open, so privacy may be limited if you’re traveling with a third guest.
