In the heart of Antibes, only 550 meters from Ponteil Beach, this charming studio with balcony can accommodate 2 people. You will be in the center of many stores and typical restaurants to allow you to enjoy a nice stay in the South; don’t hesitate to go to Café Kanter, a renowned café-restaurant with a Parisian brasserie atmosphere.

Take a few days to enjoy this luminous apartment of 25 sq. m situated on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator. With its “zen” atmosphere, this studio with all the mod cons includes:

## Neighborhood

In the city center, 400 m from Monoprix and close to all amenities, you will be able to visit the emblematic places: Antibes’s Old Town, the museums (including the Archaeology museum), the Vauban port, the Fort Carré, Juan-les-Pins, the beaches (Ponteil at 10 min, Salis at 15 min) and other attractions... Do not miss out on the Picasso museum in the Grimaldi castle located on the seafront! You will find it only a few minutes away from the apartment. Lastly, you will take only 10 min by car to reach the water park Marineland and less than 25 min to Nice and Cannes and less than 45 min to Monaco and Menton.
