The kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep and there is an in-unit washer/dryer included. However we're were only there for a one night stay so we didn't use it. There were a lot of amenities included and available for replacement in their supply closet (coffee pods, tea bags, linens, towels, paper towers, etc.). My sole complaint is that the code that they sent to each person did not work for our party. We were forced to wait for someone to coming out to admit us into the main lobby. We were told that since we were there before 0800, the code hasn't activated yet and it would do so once it was pass 0800. We had tried again after 0800 and the code still didn't work. We had to reach out to both the in-house manager and IT on whatsapp for tech support and even then it took almost 4 hours and 3 codes to resolve the issue. We were not the only guests with this complaint, it might help the guests better if the hotel were put forth more information on how to resolves these issues without the long hours of troubleshooting. All in all, 10/10 recommended for introverts, but as a hotel providing hospitality services, it still highly recommended to have a living person manning the front lobby for troubleshooting issues.

Yays is conveniently located. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shopping facilities nearby. The amenities were an additional bonus. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend this place.

Amazing location. Very clean. Gave more than just one sachet of salt and pepper and they provided proper English breakfast tea and milk. Would definitely stay again. Very comfy bed and spacious apartment. Close to amenities.

Nice big convenient apartment with washing machine ( which does not dry well although it is a combo machine) and kitchen. Bed and sofa bed. Well located. The breakfast box can almost feed you all day, there is so much stuff in there. The only hiccup is difficult communication. A bot answers inquiries but never got an agent to get back to us on questions about the apartment ( this is a self check in type place, no hotel management interaction).

The only thing I had issues with was with the chat. I had 4 ppl registered to the room and only got 2 towels. They told me to get from first floor but almost everything was out of stock and had to wait almost 24 hrs for them to restock. Chat said they would get someone to refill but went by every few hours and even next morning. Nothing

Simple and easy to find only better signs to find your room . It fell like a maze. Love that it fell like a bit home from home. Traveling with kid and in group its realy handy with the kitchen. Breakfast was simple but ok.We got every morning a box deliverd to our door. Washingmachine was handy for those dirty clothes.

The location is great. I stayed here before and it was great but the new management and removal of any on site staff has worsened the experience. Check-in was difficult and there was no-one to communicate with when we had no hot water, just a series of automated questions on WhatsApp

Gem of an apartment!

Amazing place to stay if you are heading to Antwerp. Location is great near the central area and very close to the station. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean in a new and modern building. Access and check in is via an app but it all worked perfectly and there are even lockers you can use on the day to check out. Hard to find any negatives and would definitely choose to stay here when. I come back to Antwerp.
