On this property there are 3 renovated houses with 11 apartments. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The houses are far from each other and therefore there is a lot of privacy. The apartment Il Grano is located next to the pool and is suitable for 5 people.

The property is located on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the municipalities of Piobbico, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains of the area.

The apartment Avena is located in the rustic house next to the pool and is located on the first floor with 2 private balconies. It is furnished in a cozy and homely way. It has 1 separate bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The apartment also has a private garden equipped for outdoor dining.
Upon arrival you will receive a bottle of wine. In summer, a free tasting is organized every week in the main building.

The property is reached via an unpaved road of about 4 km.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
