Villa Lima is a newly renovated villa located just outside Chania. The renovation was completed in August 2023, with ongoing additions. It boasts 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and air conditioning (9000BTU), and one with a semi-double bed. All bedrooms feature new mattresses, pillows, sheets, and covers. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances such as an electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, and cooking utensils. A living room with sofas that can convert into beds accommodates guests. A 24000 BTU air conditioner is installed in this area. There's also a fireplace to warm up chilly winter nights in addition to the air conditioning. A 43'' smart TV is provided in the living room. The decor follows a minimalistic trend, with stone and concealed lighting in the bedrooms creating a relaxing atmosphere with earthy tones.

The pool has a depth of 1-1.20m for safety during your relaxation and measures 6.1x4m. It is illuminated at night, creating an idyllic setting. The jacuzzi comfortably accommodates two people, with bubbles helping you relax amidst the tranquility of Chania.

Outside, there's a brand new synthetic grass covering 200 square meters, complementing the greenery of the olive trees and the surrounding fence. The outdoor lighting is soothing for further relaxation!

At Villa Lima Pool & Jacuzzi Chania, you'll find yourself sleeping soundly, relaxing, and if you have children, they'll enjoy the garden and water play. Strolls around the village and neighboring traditional villages among old mansions and lush greenery will help you harmonize with Cretan countryside! You'll also find shops nearby offering flavors of Crete and, of course, Cretan hospitality prevalent throughout Chania!
