Beautifully situated property right above the water, with breath-taking views to the bay and beach of Kera, Souda Bay, the White Mountains, the open sea, and the Akrotiri. Nestled among native pine and eucalyptus trees, the villa is perfectly positioned on extensive grounds, offering stunning vistas from all rooms and outdoor areas, and amazing sunsets. The location is quiet and peaceful with the soothing lull of the sea, and the plot is completely private.

The space
There are four double ensuite bedrooms, a 5th bathroom, a spacious dining/living room with open kitchen, and a laundry/utility room with extra fridge which is easily accessed from the outdoor kitchen. Each floor has a spacious concrete covered terrace offering a cool and shady area for relaxation whilst enjoying the spectacular sea views.

Kea is located just 500 meters from the lovely, quiet, and shallow beach of Kera, a perfect spot for swimming and snorkeling in pristine waters. The area also has endless countryside roads for walking and hiking.

The upper floor includes an entrance from the parking area, 3 ensuite bedrooms, an extra bathroom with bathtub, and a hallway with staircase leading to the lower floor.

The lower floor includes a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the dining/living area, kitchen, laundry room, and the spacious outdoor areas. There are two dining areas on this level, one on the west and one on the east side of the villa. The exterior western part of the lower floor has a wonderful outdoor dining area, 2 lounges, and a practical outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood burning oven, a charcoal BBQ, a sink, and a bar.

The swimming pool is located on the lowest level of the property. Here you’ll also find a spacious pergola covered lounge, sunbeds, naturally shaded areas, the property’s olive grove, a boules court, a guest WC, and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool can be heated at a supplement of € 750 per week.

The property is fully enclosed and includes a gated entrance, and a pergola covered parking space for two cars, and lovely landscaped gardens.

The interiors are an elegant combination of white with a splash of color, and comfortable, modern furnishings, and the outdoor furniture is equally stylish and comfy. In an impeccable condition, Kea was recently completely renovated to high standards both indoors and out.

Attention has been given to high quality mattresses and linens, and each bedroom is equipped with a portable Bose Bluetooth speaker.

The property is within a short walk from Kera beach with crystal clear waters, and the seaside resort of Almyrida with restaurants and cafes along the beach, a water-sports center, and a good selection of shops.

NEW! The property was recently expanded (2025) to include a recreational area of approximately 1,000 square meters. This area features a versatile concrete court measuring 26m x 15m, suitable for various activities. Although the tennis court is slightly smaller than standard dimensions at 20m x 10m, it still offers an enjoyable experience for casual play. The court includes an adjustable net that can be raised or lowered to accommodate both tennis and volleyball and a half basketball court.
Guests are welcome to use the four racquets provided, although bringing personal racquets and balls is recommended. We suggest using “green balls” for their softer impact, ideal for this setting. A pergola of approximately 8m x 4m provides a shaded area for other exercise and activities. The lawn features permanent outdoor fitness equipment, including a stationary cycle and strength training apparatus.
Additionally, the pool area has been enhanced with natural stone tiles. See the last photos. Professional photographs of the recreational space and pool will be taken in spring 2026.
