Our villa offers a unique holiday experience, surrounded by lush greenery and the magnificent blue hues of the sea and sky. The Space:

Cretan View Villa has been meticulously designed to provide every room with plenty of natural light and stunning views. Our villa's thoughtful design creates a seamless blend between the serene sea and mountain landscapes, offering an unparalleled holiday experience.



With 250sqm of space spanning three levels, our villa offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a self-contained apartment complete with a kitchenette, double bed, small stone sofa, and bathroom.



The apartment is first level, equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and dryer. The apartment's window and balcony door offer unobstructed sea views, providing a serene and tranquil escape.



On the same level, you'll find a bedroom with access to the main house via an internal staircase. This bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, A/C, en-suite bathroom, and French doors with stunning mountain and forest views.



On the second level, you'll find the villa's main entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a generous terrace with an outdoor dining area. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed and a window with sea views, while the second bedroom features two single beds and a window with mountain views.



As you reach the third level, you'll discover the final bedroom, which comes equipped with a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. A blackout curtain is provided in all bedrooms, and there is the option to add a parking bed.



Our villa's garden stands out, surrounded by handcrafted stone fences and adorned with blooming shrubs and trees. The heated swimming pool with sea water provides a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the stunning surroundings. We use eco-friendly cleaning practices that avoid the use of harsh chemicals, ensuring a healthy and sustainable environment for our guests.

** Sea water pool. We would like to inform you that we offer a heated pool. If you are interested please inform us at least 4 days prior to your arrival in order to heat up the water. The maximum temperature it can reach depends on the ambient temperature. We cannot provide that service if you inform us the day prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Patima is situated on a hill, 238 meters above sea level, to the southeast of Apokoronas. The area provides visitors with ample opportunities to explore the history and natural beauty of Crete.



One of the top attractions in the area is Lake Kournas, the only freshwater lake on the island. With hills and olive groves surrounding it, the lake offers a great spot to connect with nature and cycle around.



Another must-see is the Arkadi Monastery, a historical landmark with a mix of Venetian and Renaissance architecture. The monastery played a significant role in the island's fight for independence.



Visitors can also discover the traditional way of making ceramics in the nearby village of Margarites, famous for its workshops that create unique ceramics.



Argyroupoli, a village a few kilometers away, is known for its small waterfalls and tavernas. It's a great spot to explore and learn about the local culture, as it's also the main source of water in the area.



The Georgioupolis area is a bustling town with a lively atmosphere, offering several options for coffee and dining.



Finally, the cities of Chania and Rethymnon are worth mentioning. Chania is a picturesque town with a rich history and culture, featuring a beautiful Venetian harbor and narrow streets to wander around. Rethymno is another charming city that combines the beauty of Venetian architecture with a modern lifestyle, where visitors can enjoy strolling around the Venetian harbor, visiting the impressive Fortezza fortress, and exploring the narrow streets of the old town.
