It can accommodate 6 people and is composed of two bedrooms with two double beds and a bunk bed, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a shower room and a living room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine.
You will also have a balcony which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is ideally located at 12 minutes walk from the beach of Arcachon and at 11 minutes by bike from the beach of the Pointe de l'Aiguillon.
There are many bike rental companies nearby, so you can take advantage of the bike paths that crisscross the town and the basin.
The Spot KiteSurf Les Arbousiers is an 8-minute drive for kitesurfing fans and the Cercle de la Voile d'Arcachon is a 9-minute drive for sailing enthusiasts.
The city center is 10 minutes away by bike. You will find the Casino d'Arcachon, the Quartier de la Ville d'Hiver and the Observatoire de Sainte Cécile.
For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX" and a "Leclerc" respectively at 4 minutes and 7 minutes walk.
You will also be able to take advantage of the richness of the region and understand why the Arcachon basin is so coveted: walks, water sports, boat trips...

The Winter City is a district where you can discover an eccentric and original architecture between mosaics, gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama on the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the lighthouse of Cap Ferret.
It is a city full of charm that perfectly combines a famous seaside resort and a typical small town with its smell of pine and sea salt.
