Ideally located, small T2 apartment of approximately 38 m², on the ground floor of a residence.
For ease of parking, you have access to secure and private parking.
Its living room with TV and WIFI, a convertible sofa offering two beds, opening onto a terrace for outdoor dining (a little overlooked).
A small separate kitchen equipped with hotplates, combined microwave, a Top fridge and washing machine. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed for two people and its closet. Its bathroom. And a separate toilet with hand basin.
You have all the shops a few meters away (market, restaurants, shops, bike rental) as well as the main beach for your afternoons of swimming or picnics and the cycle paths for your outings with family or friends. The train station is also nearby, ideal if you come by train.
