On the ground floor of a well-maintained residence, on one of the most beautiful avenues in the Notre-Dame district, this approximately 35m² apartment features a bedroom, a small, landscaped garden of just under 80m², and a parking space.
Entrance hall with a closet (containing a washing machine) leading to a shower room with WC – South-facing bedroom with a double bed (140cm), closet/wardrobe, and access to a semi-covered garden/terrace with armchairs – Living room (sofa, TV, dining area) with dual south and east exposures, and access to the garden/terrace – Equipped open-plan kitchen (small refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, 2-burner ceramic hob) with a window. Pleasant and spacious garden (artificial lawn) / Terrace with furniture (armchairs, table, chairs, sun loungers, etc.) and two electrically operated awnings (south and east sides) for sun protection. Contemporary, very well-equipped, and peaceful setting. Designated parking space.
