On the penultimate floor of a secure residence with a swimming pool, concierge, and elevator, this studio apartment with a balcony offers breathtaking views of the bay and the port.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by an entrance hall leading to a shower room with toilet. The main room, bathed in light and offering panoramic views of the bay and the port, is tastefully furnished. It includes a sofa bed (140 cm), a television, a DVD player, a microwave, and a kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs and a small refrigerator. The balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture and an awning, will be your perfect retreat for relaxing outdoors. A private parking space, accessible by remote control, is available. The swimming pool, open from June 1st to September 30th, from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm, invites you to enjoy refreshing moments. The immediate proximity of the fish market, shops (bakery, caterer, hairdresser, laundromat, etc.) and the beaches of L'Aiguillon will make your stay easy.

Please note that pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership).
