Luxueux appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t et avec des matĂ©riaux de qualitĂ©. Les nombreux Ă©quipements sont eux-aussi de grande qualitĂ© et on se sent tout de suite Ă  l'aise, comme chez soi (mĂȘme mieux !). Tout est trĂšs bien pensĂ©, rien ne manque et la propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable. De plus, l'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© au cƓur du centre-ville d'Arcachon, sans pour autant en subir les nuisances sonores vitres fermĂ©es, ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Enfin, l'accueil chaleureux et les douceurs prĂ©vues Ă  notre arrivĂ©e ont fini de nous sĂ©duire ! Ce fut un rĂ©el plaisir, nous reviendrons trĂšs certainement.

Super emplacement et Ă©quipements

L’appart est moderne et trĂšs propre, super bien Ă©quipĂ© (dans la cuisine, machine Ă  laver et sĂšche-linge, grande baignoire
). L’emplacement est incroyablement central avec l’avenue Gambetta qui a tout ce qu’il faut en termes d’épiceries, restos, boutiques, la jetĂ©e au bout de la rue avec les bateaux vers le Cap Ferret etc. La place de parking est super pratique et vraiment proche de l’appart. MalgrĂ© son emplacement proche de restaurants, le double vitrage fait bien son travail et ce n’est pas dĂ©rangeant. Un point un peu nĂ©gatif que nous avons rapidement relevĂ© cependant : les volets des fenĂȘtres sont des persiennes et clairement ce n’est pas occultant du tout. En Ă©tĂ©, avec le soleil qui tombe tard, il fait trĂšs lumineux mĂȘme avec les persiennes fermĂ©es. CompliquĂ© de faire dormir des enfants dans ces conditions... Nous avons dĂ» ruser en accrochant une couverture par-dessus qu’il fallait rĂ©installer chaque jour. Un super logement en rĂ©sumĂ© avec un petit bĂ©mol qui ne gĂąche pas tout mais Ă  avoir en tĂȘte tout de mĂȘme !

TrÚs belle location, conforme au descriptif. Appartement trÚs bien équipé, on s'y sent directement comme à la maison. Bon emplacement, en plein centre, en face d'une boulangerie. La place de parking située à quelques minutes à pieds est trÚs pratique. Bref, tout était parfait, merci! :-)

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Es ist sehr gut gelegen: ca. 200m Entfernung vom Bahnhof Arcachon, ca. 200m Entfernung zum Bassin d’Arcachon und optimaler Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt und waren schlicht begeistert. Das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis ist gut. Die Vermieterin stand uns vor Abreise mit Tipps jederzeit zur Seite. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir wĂŒrden gern wiederkommen!

TrÚs bon séjour

Premier sĂ©jour Ă  Arcachon en famille avec 2 enfants en mai. L'appartement est neuf, refait avec beaucoup de goĂ»t : un mobilier complet, un Ă©lectromĂ©nager complet, des ustensiles de cuisines nombreux, l'ensemble de qualitĂ© premium. Nous nous sentons comme chez nous, rien ne manque. La localisation est idĂ©ale : au bout de la rue se trouve la plage, Ă  2 mn Ă  pied les Halles et le marchĂ©, la gare toute proche. Nous n'avons pris la voiture ( place de parking sĂ©curisĂ©e Ă  4mn Ă  pied) que pour aller Ă  la dune du Pilat. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique, ses petites attentions Ă  l'arrivĂ©e ont Ă©tĂ© les bienvenues aprĂšs les heures de route. En rĂ©sumĂ©, sĂ©jour qui ne demande qu'Ă  ĂȘtre renouvelĂ© pour profiter d'un temps plus clĂ©ment.

Appartement de trÚs grande qualité

Bonjour, Semaine du 23/04 au 30/04/2016. Couple avec 2 ados. Appartement tout simplement superbe, rien à dire. Spacieux, chaleureux, lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et avec des matériaux de grande qualité. Tout est bien pensé et aménagé. Appartement trÚs bien entretenu et trÚs propre. Beaucoup de rangements. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout jusqu'au moindre détail pour nous faciliter le séjour et leurs petites attentions à notre arrivés font vraiment plaisir. Cet appartement est idéalement placé. Le bassin d'Arcachon au bout de la rue et tous les commerces et les restaurants à proximité. Un superbe marché tous les jours sauf le lundi. Pas besoin de voiture, Arcachon est une ville à arpenter et à découvrir à pied. La région est vraiment belle et riche en visite. Incontournable : la dune du Pylat, le Cap Ferret et son phare, l'Ile aux oiseaux, Bordeaux. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Un grand merci aux propriétaires et à Alexandrine pour leur accueil chaleureux.
