Escape to this renovated carriage house on an historic property. This spacious retreat features a fully equipped kitchen and bright, open living room. You get on-site parking right in front of the entry door. There`s also a large shared patio area in a garden setting. You`ll be in a convenient South Asheville location with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities and not far from the airport. This escape is ideal for couples, a small family, friends, and adventure travelers.

The entire property was an inn built in 1947. It is now a private residence that has been fully renovated and designed to maintain the character of the original structures. Your reservation includes a 2-level Carriage House with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, your own private entrance and dedicated parking on site.

- Access to shared laundry facility in the Carriage House

You will have access to your private unit and the shared space on the property. You are welcome to walk around the property. Please refrain from using the main front porch area as that is part of the owner residence. Be aware that the owners and/or other guests reside in the main house and the lower unit of the Carriage House and they may be present during your stay.

The Carriage House space requires stairs to access both bedrooms and living areas.

We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.

LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.

GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.

NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.

NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are discovered at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If the pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.

GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.

CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.

Please help us understand your intent to follow these House Rules by stating, `I`ve read the House Rules` when making a booking inquiry or completing your reservation. These rules are in full force and effect whether or not you respond in this manner. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.
