Good view and location

Nice hotel in general but they need more experience. They don't clean the room unless you ask for it. They gave us smaller room than that I book until I discuss with them this issue then they change it in the next day. Some of the staff are helpfull and the others not. The rooms are very small (smaller than they write in Expedia). The location and view is very nice. They have beside activities like rafting and zip line.

We stayed in this hotels so called delox room with soundproof which I think it should renamed to cage in which one cannot dream of sleeping. One hear sound of others guest in next room. Beakfast was terrible. Staff are fine and polite but they are overloaded with work. Nothing is organised in this hotel. To check-in we arrived at 15.30 but room was not ready and we witnessed cleaning lady cleaning room which was not acceptable specially during the pendamic. Although we had booked room for 2 nights and paid in advance we left the hotel after first sleepless night.

Nice hotel but terrible experience

The hotel is good but full of fault. First when we checked in the windows were stucked and could not be closed properly therefore it was soo much cold then the lights went out for 15 mins . And then the heater was not working at all. We spend a night in cold . I have 3 kids .they could even roam around the room because of cold .there was no sofe in room although there is so much space
