The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed between the main and upper floors to ensure both comfort and privacy. On the main level, you are welcomed into a warm and elegantly furnished living and dining area, complete with a dining table and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. The bathroom on this floor features a shower, bidet, and WC, providing all essential conveniences. A separate WC is also available for added practicality. On the upper floor, you will find an open walk-through room with characteristic sloping ceilings, furnished with 1 double bed, offering a cosy and intimate atmosphere. A second smaller room, also with sloping ceilings, contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with 1 pull-out bed, making it ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. Please note that this room does not include a wardrobe. Natural stone floors run throughout the apartment, adding an elegant and timeless character to the interior.
