Welcome to Warm Brook Farm — a serene three-acre retreat in the heart of Southern Vermont. Surrounded by sweeping views of the Taconic Range and Green Mountains, this lovingly restored 18th-century farmhouse offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern comfort. Over 25 years of thoughtful renovation have created a space that feels both timeless and warmly inviting.

Step inside and you’ll find sun-lit rooms, crafted with care and styled with understated elegance. Every detail is designed for comfort — from the artful interiors to the seasonal touches that celebrate Vermont’s beauty year-round. Outside, an expansive screened patio overlooks award-winning perennial gardens, while hidden corners invite quiet moments of reflection.

Your stay includes a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with organic pantry staples, fresh eggs ( if avail), Vermont maple syrup, and locally roasted coffee. Plush bamboo linens ensure restful nights, while cozy spaces indoors and out encourage gathering, relaxing, and savoring your time away.
