I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel, the location was difficult to access, there was no option for a garage, and there were no blankets to spend the rainy nights.

I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

Única coisa que incomodou foi que o pessoal não queria emprestar 1 garfo e 1 faca a noite para comer o que pedi no ifood, falou que não pedi no restaurante deles e não poderia emprestar. A recepcionista que resolveu com o pessoal do restaurante após ir lá pela segunda vez.

Razoável, tem muito a melhorar!

O quarto era espaço e a cama confortável, porém, estão pecando na manutenção do ar condicionado que está com um retorno enorme de água, inviabilizando o uso, pia do banheiro com a torneira mal instaladas chuveiro mau instalado, suporte da fixa higiênica mal instado…. Todos soltado da parede. Se acertarem as manutenção e utilizarem produtos de melhor qualidade tem potencial para ser uma ótima opção!
