FYI: The building our condo is in went under a MAJOR construction project in 2023; every unit now has new trim, doors, and all new decks! Because of this, we received some negative reviews because unfortunately, those guests were in the thick of the project (which we were under the impression would be completed before the season started). If you read reviews from the summers before 2023, we typically receive a perfect rating and guests are very happy with their stay. Rest assured, if you book with us for the summer of 2024, you will have a great experience! Thank you in advance for trusting us with your vacation!

The property is located at Bridges Bay which includes access to the outdoor pools with a swim-up bar, indoor waterpark (6 passes daily), zip line, park, gym, arcade, and 2 onsite restaurants. We are in the Coronado building on the second floor in unit #201, which is the closest building to all of the amenities!

The spacious floor plan includes granite countertops in the kitchen with tile backsplash, living room with a stone surrounded fireplace and onsite laundry.

Great summer getaway

Our family has been vacationing at Lake Okoboji for over 40 years, and this property was really nice due to its proximity to the main hotel and pool area. The condo had just the right amount of space for our family of 4 and the property owner was available and responsive to requests. All in all, a very nice experience.

Very nice nice condo

Definitely would stay here again as we come annually for a family reunion. Very clean and nicely furnished. The only item of improvement would be the master bed. Very very soft to the point of being uncomfortable at times.

Nice but a tidge disappointing

Nice accommodations but right away we noticed the unit wasn't very clean. Kitchen floor was sticky. Lots of areas needed dusting. It was like the high points were hit but not detailed. There was a light bulb out in master fan and in the laundry room. There were no hangers in the closets - perhaps those get taken by guests. Perhaps the unit had not been rented the week before but the toilets needed freshened. Kitchen was supplied adequately but one of the pans needs replaced as its finish is chipping off. The beds were not $800/night quality. Beds/quality sleep is crucial in the hospitality industry. They could use a refresh. For the master we removed the thick foam pad and purchased cotton sheets at Walmart and slept better after the first night. The sheets on the beds are man made/polyester and do not breathe so this in addition to foam pad + waterproof mattress pad cover made sleep impossible the first night. The other two bedrooms could use a bigger fan in them. Of course ideally a ceiling fan would be best but hard to install at this point. The toilet seat in the master is loose also. We had a fun time and we were basically comfortable but for a high end priced stay in our opinion we think things could be spiffed up a bit. No doubt we will be back in future summers as it is a fun location!! Thank you.

Anniversary trip

We chose to stay here for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The location was great and the space worked well for us. Some of the basic supplies hadn’t been replenished for our stay but Kristin was quick to respond and get us what we needed. The grill was in tough shape so we were not able to use that, but all other kitchen supplies were there and in good shape. We made good use of the waterpark passes and had a good time! We really enjoyed the proximity to the waterpark and restaurants. Overall a great stay!

The deck

The original property had list a deck/patio that was available. Approximately 7-10 days before the date of our stay, I was informed the the deck would most likely not be available due to construction. We had looked forward to sitting outside of our unit and enjoy time with our family. That was a big disappointment.

The location was ideal for us. We spent a lot of time at the water park. Since we were a large group and had two condos not having the deck wasn’t ideal. Also at 7:00 in the morning they are working and we had no shades so no privacy. Looking in at us. I really think I should have been offered a discount. The bath mat was filthy as well as the master bedspread. You wouldn’t want to run the ceiling fan with the layer of dust.

Great friends/family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family and my friends family to stay at with 4 littles ranging from 1-8 years old. Was very close to the bridges bay pools, easy to access, nice to be able to cook some meals there vs eat all meals out. Property manager helpful and answered any questions we had prior to and after booking! Highly recommend!

Great location

Roomy 3 bedroom condo set up with large family room and kitchen. Comfortably fit our two families consisting of four adults and four kids ages six and under. Had a great time at the water park and pool and loved having restaurants within walking distance with views of the lake.

Perfect Okoboji stay!

Kristin was great and the condo was perfect! Had all the amenities we needed and was so close to the water park/food/everything else. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone asking for somewhere to stay in Okoboji!

Long weekend 8 couples 2 condos

This condo was extremely disappointing compared to the other condo that our group rented. Bed in master bedroom had a very thick foam pad, assuming it was there because of a bad mattress, my wife still has a backache. We had three couples and there is seating for five in the living room. Checking out: the other condo was able to lock up and walk away. This condo has a long list of cleaning up duties that you have to do before leaving and it still includes an excessive cleaning fee. This includes taking out trash, washing towels and putting them in dryer while putting bedding in washer etc etc etc. How was their cleaning service? I have pictures of black mold in the shower. Five star evaluation for our other condo, two star evaluation for this one.

Perfect Location!

We were able to get away for a last minute trip with the kids. We knew they would enjoy the water park, and this property is a great spot to access all the things that the resort has to offer. Host is an excellent communicator, we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for the water park and the owner was very responsive to the few questions that I did have. Place was clean; only small downfall was the king bed was not the most comfortable and there was a blind missing on our patio bedroom door. Would stay again - No Hesitation!
