Close to the coastal paths along the Gulf of Morbihan, this recently built house, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, comprises on the ground floor: an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe (closet and shelves), a living/dining room with a pellet stove and TV, a fully equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, four-burner induction hob, and filter coffee maker), a WC with washbasin, and a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a chest of drawers, and an en-suite shower room.
Upstairs: a bathroom, a WC, a second bedroom (two single bunk beds) with a built-in wardrobe (shelves and hanging space), a third bedroom (two single bunk beds) with a built-in wardrobe (shelves and hanging space), and a fourth bedroom (two single beds or one queen-size bed) with a built-in wardrobe (shelves and hanging space).
