This property was beautiful and very convenient to anywhere you might want to go in Asheville. But the neighborhood was quiet and the beautiful background right outside the entryway to the property made you feel like you were away from everything! The host was wonderful to work with and check in was easy. She also equipped the property with extras that made our stay even nicer!

the elegant retreat in Montford was perfect and exactly as described and shown in the photos. we were able to walk to a couple excellent neighborhood restaurants (Nine Mile and All Day Darling). we attended Shakespeare in the Park one evening, very close by and it was a very easy (8 minutes everywhere) drive to the River Arts District, The Grove Arcade (delicious lunch at Huli Sue's), Antique Tobacco Barn, The Orange Peel and Biltmore. I highly recommend this adorable location.

A great property and location

The property is private and comfortable. The bed is quality and you'll sleep well. The kitchenette is stocked with goodies to get you started like coffee and a good tea selection. Perfect little place for a single traveler or couple. Great location, quaint historic neighborhood convenient to downtown -walk, bike or drive.
