1. kerroksessa on täysin toimiva keittiö ja pöytä neljälle.
Keittiössä on liesi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi, pesuallas, kahvipannu ja leivänpaahdin. Tarjoamme myös lautasen saippuaa, astianpesuaineita, käsisaippuaa, keittiönpyyhkeitä, paperipyyhkeitä, kahvisuodattimia ja lautasliinoja.
Olohuone on aivan keittiössä puoli kylpyamme. Vuoristonäkymät olohuoneesta ovat henkeäsalpaavat. Olohuoneessa on sohva, lepotuoli ja tuoli. Olohuoneessa on uusi Smart Tv, jossa on kaapeli ja internet.
Half Bath on olohuoneen vieressä. Tarjoamme tarpeeksi WC-paperia muutaman yön ajan ja käsisaippua.
2. kerros:
 Kun tulet portailta ylös, on oleskelualue, josta on upeat näkymät vuorille. tätä oleskelutilaa voidaan käyttää myös makuuhuoneena. Se on futon, joka voidaan vetää ja tehdä täysikokoiseksi vuodeksi. Tässä olohuoneessa on televisio.
Kylpyammeessa on amme / suihku. Annamme jokaiselle asiakkaalle pyyhkeet ja pesulappuja. Tarjoaa myös tarpeeksi wc-paperia muutaman päivän ajan, käsisaippua ja vartalonpesua. Kylpyhuone on den ja makuuhuoneen välissä.
Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja holvikatot.
Makuuhuoneessa on iso vaatekaappi.

My Favorite Location

What a VIEW

Enjoyed ours stay. Host’s book with recommendations for activities and restaurants was helpful. Great location to explore in or out of Asheville. Treat was watching mama black bear and two small cubs meandering in clearing of back yard.

Blue Ridge Getaway

The property was very clean! All necessary linens, dishes, appliances needed were provided. There is a small deck that looks out to the mountains which provided a great view. The vista from the 'A' side is not quite as panoramic as it is from the 'B' side of the rental, but it was still beautiful - and- the 'A' side is shaded from the afternoon sun and more private. So, I would choose the 'A' side again due to the shade and privacy. We drove the Blue Ridge Pkwy and visited Asheville and the Biltmore Estate, all within 20 minutes or less from the property. We also visited Chimney Rock about 50 minutes away and Mt Mitchell, the highest peak east of the Mississippi River about 1 hour away. Great vacation!

Wonderful view, great location!

What a great trip this turned out to be! It was our first time visiting Asheville, and would love to return, there is so much to see and do. I’m a nervous traveler so where we stay makes all the difference for me. This place did not disappoint! It was cute, VERY clean, and comfortable. The view was amazing and sitting by the river was very relaxing. Only complaint was the house is so comfortable you won’t want to leave! Thank you for a great stay!!!

The Best

This property was the best. The view is breathtaking. Everything was super clean. Lindsey is a wonderful host. She responded quickly to messages. There were so many little touches of convenience like travel brochures, bed side lamps with outlets, and even an iron. I loved sitting on the futon reading and gazing at the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous View

Lindsay was great. She was always available to help if we had questions or needed anything. There were fabulous mountain views from every window. The upstairs sitting room was a bonus! The welcome book had all the information that you need for the stay. I even walked down to the river which was so serene. My walking sticks helped when climbing back up. It was worth it. We would definitely come back again! Thanks Lindsay!

Cozy little heaven

My partner and I were visiting NC from Texas. We loved staying in Lindsay’s airb&b. It was so clean, organized and super cozy! Our favorite area was the sofa bed upstairs as we got to relax together after a long day of exploring the town and hiking, we would cuddle up and watch movies or shows with the streaming apps that they provide btw. Host Lindsay is so kind and nice! She always responds as soon as she can and is always making sure you have the bed stay. Thank you for everything Lindsay! And for the very sweet gesture of gifting us some hot chocolate for us, which we had a hot chocolate every night. :)

BEAUTIFUL view, clean house.

We saw a big black bear which near our rental which we enjoyed. Heads up, any more than 2 people needs approval from the rental manager, if you have local friends or family, do not exceed 4 people at the house even for a short dinner visit. This is all in the rule book, which, unfortunately, I didn't read ahead of time. The owner/manager lives next door. It is a, well equipped, clean quaint abode, perfect for 2 people. Take time to read the detailed booklet when you get there.

Perfect get away

Just simply amazing experience

I would definitely come back and stay here again. Ms. Lindsay the property manager was very quick and responding to messages. She was very kind and made sure that my teenager kids where going to be comfortable with there stay as well. This place even provides a dog bag loaded with toys, poop bags, a mate yo put the dogs food and water bowels on. They also do not require alot of clean up when leaving. The area is amazing, you are within minutes of downtown Asheville and within an hour of water falls and hiking. When we come backnto Asheville, I will definitely stay at one of the properties that Ms. Lindsey owns.

Great Stay

We had a great experience with our entire process. From the initial communication to the stay and everything in between. The accommodations were just what we needed for our family. The unit has a king bed and a smaller futon. We initially had our 2 kids (10 & 5) with us, but our daughter went to camp and it was just the 3 of us and was perfect. Lindsay has a great and helpful binder to give us recommendations on food and fun in the area. I highly recommend this location!

Perfect place for vacation

The duplex was very clean and the perfect blend of being in the woods and close to town. Good communication. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms and loft were plenty for sleeping. The River walk is pretty. We would come back again!

Great Asheville home
