We were denied a room UPON ARRIVAL after a long day of packing up our home and watching the moving van pull away. We were exhausted and told they don’t serve locals! It would have been nice to have been notified ahead of time. I was close to tears ( from tiredness) and the attendants were both very snippy.

Breakfast was a letdown. For eggs, only ice-cold hard boiled eggs. But then the burners were never lit under the other "hot" food, so cold sausage, cold potatoes. So really, no hot breakfast aside from waffles. No towel bars in the bathroom made it hard to use a towel or washcloth more than once. Even the hand towel had to be laid on the counter, so never dried.

Rooms were great. Place was clean. The coffee was perhaps the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in my whole life. We called it brown water… It was so weak.

This property is convenient to downtown and highway access. The staff were all really friendly and the facility was well maintained. We stayed as a family of 4 for a few nights and this hotel served us well. It is a pet friendly hotel so there were some dogs on the property but we did not have any issues. Breakfast options were standard and sufficient- everything was clean and the fruit and pastry offerings were fresh. Pool area was clean as well. Would stay here again.

Great spot for families to stay in Asheville

Country Inn & Suites is a great choice for family travelers. Wished the beds were a bit comfier, but the breakfast was great and the staff super friendly and helpful. We found the location to be really convenient. The natural foods market in the adjoining plaza has great coffee and is a good spot to pick up fun snacks.

Hotel is nice. The mattress in my room needs to be change wasn’t comfortable. The room had a smell like it has been closed for a while. They need to add some kind of electric air freshener. The microwave/ refrigerator cabinet had a bad odor when you open the door. The room was warm and when we left and return once the room was clean I think they set the air to 78 temp. 😡 but other than that everything else was OK.
