The room was clean. It’s meant for long stays and not short stays. The “to go” breakfast was fig bars and grits with no water to turn them into a meal. So dry cereal. The coffee was good. I think this is a great place to stay if you are here for a few days or longer as it is an efficiency but for a night, it’s not the best as others have said. We won’t stay here again. I’d rather pay a bit more and have a proper breakfast and cleaner place to stay.

I was very disappointed to find that there was not a coffee pot with coffee in the room. I was also very disappointed that there was not a breakfast bar at all. It was packets of oatmeal, muffins, nothing of any substance really. I booked because it said breakfast. Luckily, Waffle House was across the street.

The phone did not work in the room and I could not get the WIFI to work. The breakfast was not adquate. However the room was clean and it had a great kithenette and the price was great. So, I can look over this other stuff I mentioned if it is clean and a good price. But thats just my opinion.

Room was very clean and felt brand new as it just opened last year I believe. Friendly staff upon check in. Breakfast was not your typical continental breakfast, as they just had cereal bars, muffins, and coffee. But it is free, so I did not mind, kept my stomach satisfied until lunch time. Plenty of fast food and shopping nearby.

That's the problem the Kitchen was not equipped with anything, the elevator wasn't working, and there was only (1) disposable glass in the bathroom. The bed was squeaky and I believe the person that checked us in was a "One Man Show", he checked us in and delivered a glass to our room, was doing laundry. What an experience and on top of that their phone didn't even work to call the front desk. I had to us my cell phone to call the front desk.

The room was modern and spotless. The staff couldn't have been more nicer and accommodating. Will stay here again when visiting Asheville. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
