Excellent breakfast, to go bag was very convenient for an early morning departure. Staff was super nice. Their clean-up efforts after the flooding were fantastic. A hot tub would have been appreciated, but otherwise my stay was wonderful.

Great experience

I flew in from Michigan to connect with a hurricane victim and their family and the stay was one of the better experiences of my traveling. I am neurotic about staying anywhere other than my house and how clean a place is. By far your hotel exceeded my expectations and made up for my awful flight experience. The staff was very nice and I slept great which says alot for someone like myself and my friend who drove from Florida. We appreciated the experience after a long stressful day of traveling I will recommend and stay here again.

The hotel was recovering from the hurricane floods in the mountains but was still clean and nice. There was hot chocolate, coffee and hot tea available all day and night, which was lovely. The staff was friendly, there was a simple "breakfast bar" which was fine, with grab and go bags for people checking bout which was nice. And the rooms were clean showers were great the design was perfect with plenty of room. I will be back to stay at this hotel again soon!

Nice property close to downtown black mountain. Clean with nice amenities. Nice “to go “ breakfast provided. The sound making machine in our room was a nice little bonus that helped us sleep well. 😴
