Totally cool, relaxed, and welcoming.

Loved this hotel! The location is perfect - walking distance to everything Asheville has to offer. Was overly impressed with the whole vibe. Totally cool.

What a mess!!! We had to use the handicap elevator to get our luggage from the garage entrance to the ground floor in order to get the property elevator to our room. There was no dressers only pegs on the wall to hang a jacket or two. No vanity only a stand alone sink with mirror. If youre backbacking and want a glorified hostel this is your place. If you want to settle in to your room for the weekend this is not the space for you.

The mattresses are good but the linens are lacking big time. No comforter, just a super thin blanket (like a hospital blanket). no room service even though it says there is. there is grab and go food (just snacks) in the lobby. rooms are TINY. REALLY REALLY small. but nice. had to ask for cups to be brought to the room every day. pool is nice. no hottub. no fridges in rooms. good location
