I booked 2 rooms with double beds, called to confirm I could Have connecting rooms. Upon my arrival, I was told the assurance I could have connecting rooms was given to me by mistake and the best they could do was across the hall. That does NOT work traveling with toddlers and grandparents. Compensation by management is currently still pending.

The check in staff was distracted with a child she was babysitting and we were rushed. Rate was different than the Hotels.com and attendant was visibly annoyed to explain. Breakfast buffet was incomplete and dirty. Refrigerator was empty- no milk, yogurt etc. boiled eggs container empty, no napkins, no coffee creamers, no cereal, table and chairs were dirty. Counters were a mess. Attendant found it strenuous to return a “good morning”. She did a no-show on the 3rd morning. The overnight front desk man kicked not action and had the full buffet going within minutes, and was very pleasant. Rooms were a 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. Soap and tissues were missing. Rug not vacuumed.

The double bad is too small for 2 people. My husband and I are not tall or strong and we barely fit into it. There were no shampoo and conditioner, I asked them to replace them and they left the empty bottles in the bathroom.

Everything was wonderful. We were a little disappointed by the minimal hot options for the breakfast buffet, but enjoyed it overall. We were also quite disappointed with how the pool was listed as a heated pool, yet it was very cold and the “heated jets” came on only a couple of times to shoot out even more cold water.
