Green Springs Inn is nestled on over 100 acres in the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument. Our nature-immersive micro-resort is tucked away in one of the most biologically diverse areas in North America. We take land stewardship seriously, and we know you do too. Please respect the land and thank you in advance for following all of our rules. We have these rules to protect the land, ourselves, our guests, and our community.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. You agree to read, sign, and be bound by our rental agreement.
2. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
Below are some important things to note:
1. Good Neighbor Policy: Because the Green Springs Inn is a resort shared by many guests, all occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy. Please treat the property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the property and upon check-out. You and other occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighboring guests, neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to Green Springs Inn from police, neighboring guests, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. You and other occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations.
2. No Campfires or Smoking: No campfires or smoking is permitted at the property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. We are in a delicate natural area with extreme wildfire risk. If evidence of smoking is found in any accommodation during or after a guest`s stay, a cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged to the credit card on file to cover the deep cleaning required to remove smoke residue and odor.
3. Damage and Security Hold: Guests are responsible for treating Green Springs Inn property and amenities with respect. A security hold of $250.00 for cabin reservations or $150.00 for lodge room reservations will be pre-authorized on the credit card on file at the time of check-in. This hold covers potential damages, policy violations (including but not limited to smoking, excessive cleaning, or pet violations), or other charges incurred during the stay. The security hold will be released within five (5) business days after check-out, provided no damages or policy violations are found. If charges are assessed, you will be notified of the amount and reason.
4. Commercial Use: Without the express written consent of Green Springs Inn, no commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property (other than strictly for social media use).
5. Pet Policy: We do not allow any pets other than dogs on the Property. In cabins, we allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a required upgrade fee (the Pupgrade Experience) of $87 per reservation. In lodge rooms, up to 1 well-behaved dog with a fee of $62 per reservation is allowed. If a guest is found to have more dogs in an accommodation than what is allowed, or is found to have dogs in a non-dog friendly accommodation, or is found to have pets other than dogs, that guest will be charged a $250.00 pet fee.
Finally and most importantly, remember that staying here is a chance to slow down, breathe in the cool mountain air, and simply relax while being surrounded by nature’s splendor. We are so excited to host you, and PLEASE tell your friends & family about us on social media so they can visit us too!
