Located 9 miles east of Ashton in Greentimber ID on the Cave Falls HWY. Right off of highway 47 ( Mesa Falls scenic byway) This is a five generational family farm homestead that has been fully renovated/ restored. Unmatched panoramic views, including amazing views of the Grand Teton Mountain Range. You may see various wildlife such as Elk, deer, moose, bear, wolves, and Bison from this remote and private property. There are two patios for enjoying views,relaxing, grilling etc. one patio is on the upper level and has panoramic views of the farmland and the Grand Tetons. There is an outdoor hot tub just outside the master bathroom, sheltered by the upper deck, perfect for soaking after a day of Hiking, fishing, snowmobiling , skiing, snowshoeing, or sightseeing. This is a perfect location if you are wanting to visit the national parks in the area.

There are 3 bedrooms plus a bonus kids bedroom. Three bathrooms. a living room, kitchen, and dining room, two patios, one upper level and one ground level.

This is a farmhouse located on an actual working farm where agricultural crops are planted, grown and harvested yearly. Spring planting, summer growing, irrigating and maintaining crops, with a fall harvesting. Enjoy watching the workings of the farm but please note that the farm fields/ crops are off limits to guests. No vehicles of any type are permitted in the fields or on farm roads, including ATV’s. You may notice ATV and other vehicles in the fields but they are farm laborers, there is no public access. NO hunting is permitted on this property and no target practice of any type, for the safety of the farm laborers and the irrigation equipment. No fireworks are permitted on this property. This is a private property.
You will have full access to the house and large yard.
This is a restored farmhouse and is decorated with antique and vintage furniture, many family heirloom pieces, and family farm history throughout this house,all part of the charm of this unique property . This is not an investment property, this is a family owned and managed homestead.
The master bedroom has a King bed, night stand, two dressers, full length mirror and a clothes rack. There is a bay window with a view of the Grand Teton mountains. There are blackout blinds on both windows in the room. Bedroom two is in the upper level with one queen bed, dresser, closet, and nightstands, decorated in river/ fishing decor including antique and vintage fishing rods/ reels etc. Bedroom three also upper level, has a queen bed, nightstands, closet, dressers, mirrors and decorated with antique skis and Mesa falls photography. This bedroom has a door leading to the upper patio. Bedroom four is located off of bedroom three and is suitable for children only as it has an antique trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Decorated with antique and vintage kids sleds and ice skates. Two dressers, night stand, vanity and a clothes closet. There is an inflatable queen mattress in the closet of bedroom number two as well as a pack and play portable crib that can be used anywhere in the house. Every bedroom has a TV.
Bathroom one- master bathroom off of the master bedroom has a clawfoot tub and shower with a traditional shower head, a handheld shower, and an overhead rain shower. There is a steam system with an aroma therapy feature and a bench for enjoying the steam feature. Essential oils provided. This bathroom has double sinks and a separate toilet room. There is a door in the bathroom that leads to the outdoor hot tub. Bathroom number two is in the hallway off the kitchen and has one sink and a traditional tub and shower combo and a toilet. The third bathroom is off of the laundry room and has a shower, single sink and toilet.
There is a large living area with a large, very comfortable sectional, coffee table, laptop stands, entertainment center with a large screen TV and sound bar. Book shelves, extra blankets, a breakfast/coffee nook against a window with a view of fields where you have the best chance of viewing wildlife. There is an antique desk with a window view of the Grand Tetons. This is the main entrance of the home and has a bench and coat rack for dressing for and storing snow attire etc. The laundry room with washer and dryer is located off of this living space.
There is a kitchen with a fridge, range, range hood, dishwasher ,farmhouse sink, microwave, butcher block, ample counter space and cabinets with Stone countertops. Kitchen is well stocked with table ware, cookware and bakeware. There is a coffee/tea bar.
The dining room has a large dining table, a live edge bar top counter space with stools, a game/card table with stools, a portable mini bar with cocktail making equipment and glassware included , as well as a portable ice machine, antique piano, French doors leading to the large outdoor ground level covered patio with a seasonal grill and outdoor furniture.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove trash. Load dishwasher, leave any hand washed dishes in drain rack. Strip linens from any used beds, leave in a pile in the same bedroom.
Gather all used bath towels in a pile in the laundry room. Gather all hot tub towels in a pile in the master bathroom.
Turn off electric fireplace, turn off all lights and televisions. Make sure all doors are shut tight and locked.
