This will be our only stay at this motel!

Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted maid service (how would we know that ) we had not seen the suite? There were only three bath towels, no HDMI outlets, the bed in the sofa had very messy sheet (had they been used), They pool was not available most of our second day (one of the reasons we chose this hotel was the pool as we had our 3 great-grandkids with us) so we sent the kids to their uncles home (he has a salt water spa), When we asked questions of the front desk we felt like we were interrupting their phone time, the decor was very dated. We are from the Astoria-Warrenton area and were very disappointed considering we spent almost $500.00 for two nights and only had the kids with us for one night. Knowing the area we will once again go to The Crest motel. They are amazing and we would have stayed there except the kids wanted to swim.

Our room was great! Clean super comfortable. My only complaint was the staff in the breakfast area. The man running breakfast was very unpleasant!! Slamming things around be aggressive and mouthy.

The sea lions barking all day and night were magical and my stay highlight. I'm planning my return to enjoy them again. Easy walk to Rogue Public House on the pier to the east. Room was cozy, clean. Balcony was excellent to watch the giant ships close up.

Great location, hard mattresses!

Hotels located in a nice area with overviews and Rogue Brewery is walking distance at Pier 39. Breakfast was decent. The mattresses are hard so if you do not like hard mattresses do not stay here. We did not sleep good at all woke up constantly. We spoke with another couple who agreed the mattresses were way too hard but then another gentleman at breakfast loved how hard they were. The TV in our room which was a King bed with balcony and river view, could not be turned towards the bed so you had to watch it from the chair by the table or just deal with watching it from an extreme angle. Great place to stay if you like hard mattresses and do not plan on watching TV much in the evening.

Great new year stay

The satay was just wonderful! The room was spay enough for my boyfriend, puppy and myself!! The reception staff was great. The location of the hotel is great. We will definitely come back.
