In a quiet neighborhood but with lots of locals and visitors enjoying a walk, jogging, or biking around the lake. Fishing, boating and paddle boarding are allowed on the lake, but no swimming. Guests will find a pleasant mix of sleeping options, including a queen bed, full bed, and twin bed making it easy to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house features two bathrooms. Main bath has a tub/shower & master bath has a shower with a hair dryer. Enjoy a superb indoor climate with both heating and air conditioning available. Whether you're relaxing inside or planning your next adventure, enjoy the covered porch with a firepit table and easy window pass through to the dinning/kitchen area for drinks or dinner with a pleasing view over the lake. There is a 3 burner propane BBQ available. While your dinner is on the BBQ ,or just any time, enjoy a game of corn hole while you take in the peaceful lake view. This comfortable home offers a welcoming space to unwind. Living space with tv and free wi/fi. Full kitchen with everything needed to prepare your meals. There’s a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. A picnic basket is available for your use. A short 7 to 10 minute walk to the park with boat rentals, barbecue areas, a great play area for kids, the central coast zoo and another 2 minute walk to our veterans memorial. More on that, local favorites and things to do will be available at the house. There are 2 adult and 2 children’s bikes with helmets available for a cruise around the lake or a ride to the park and zoo. A large driveway and street parking for easy access.
