CLIMATE CHANGE RESILIENCE FEE
According to Greek Law 5162/2024, an additional Climate Change Resilience Fee will be charged for short-term leases. The fee is €2.00 per night during the winter period (November to March) and €8.00 per night during the summer period (April to October).
All the guests must present a valid passport/ID for mandatory registration with the Tax Authority. The reasons we need this information from our guests are to declare our income.
