Wonderful apartment in a wonderful place

We spent a lovely holidays in Athens having this apartment as our base. It is located just few minutes walk (2 streets away ) from Ambelokipi underground station. It is few stations away from Sintagma, Acropolis and Monastiraki stations (which are the very centre of Athens) and the same, blue (line 3) line which runs directly from the airport. Very easy, very convenient and very quick to get around the town whenever needed. On Saturdays there is the street market taking place directly on the street where the apartment is located so we could buy fresh fruits and vegetables (and much more) directly from farmers and it had a unique and very Greek feel to the shopping we could have. The apartment has 2 bathrooms ad two double bedrooms with tv in every bedroom and in the living room (with Netflix and YouTube, etc.). We did use the kitchen fully as we like to cook a lot ourselves however restaurants and bars are literally everywhere and on every street in Athens. I would recommend this place to anyone (doesn’t matter if you are a family with or without children). Alexandra is a Great host. She replies instantly to any question (she welcomed us herself on our arrival) and she did have no problem whatsoever with us leaving the apartment very late. Thank you again Alexandra! We spent 11 days in Athens (during the Christmas period) and we really enjoyed our time. We did see every single thing from our „to do” list. 5 stars!!!
