A luxurious apartment situated in the heart of Vouliagmeni with a magnificent sea view. Only 3 mins walking distance to the beach, restaurants, market and coffee shops. So close to the beach and the lively center yet on a quite street among pine trees, offering a spacious balcony with great sea view and colourful sunrises to make you feel relaxed and revived.
It is 20 min by taxi from the Airport and 35 min by bus to Athens city center Acropolis and acropolis museum.
Amenities: The whole apartment (75 sq.m) is fully furnished offering all the comforts of your home. It's a very sunny apartment with big windows, elegantly decorated on neutral coulours consitsting of : Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed ( 1,70 cm) and great seaview from the comfy of your bed and another with a queen size bed and its private balcony with (patio) with an office corner and small cosy sofa. The living room including a very big and comfortable corner sofa from which you can enjoy a relaxing view to the sea and a dining table for at least 4 guests. Two big closets are offering enough space for your cloths and personal things.
Outside the building there are some external steps very wide and short to ease acces to the entrance of the building. A fully equipted kitchen for preparing breakfast / lunch/ dinner and a luxury modern bathroom to relax you after a long day. Baby bed can be provided upon request.
