There was a guy with with gray/silver hair at the reception who was very rude to us and made our stay very uncomfortable and awkward. But honestly, the rest of the staff were not that bad. Another point is that really, really do not expect this hotel to be a 4 star hotel. You know, it was at best 2 or 3 star hotel, because the quality of their amenities and cleanness were really not a 4 star hotel quality and we got really disappointed.

Property is okay,although the environment may look somehow but entering is not bad,secondly how can i lodge in an hotel with a full package including meals and i was told i have to cross over to anothet hotel to have my dinner every day as if that was not enough,i was forced to eat what they have and not what i can eat putting myself and my children on hunger strike for good 4days.That absurd
