The Space:
This apartment offers a calm, comfortable atmosphere in the heart of Koukaki. Warm light, simple design, and thoughtful touches make it an easy place to relax after exploring the city.

Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, soft linens, and a peaceful layout that helps you unwind. Warm lighting and clean design create a restful environment for a good night’s sleep.

The modern bathroom includes a bathtub-and-shower combo, fresh towels, and simple essentials. It’s a clean, comfortable space for both quick routines and relaxing moments.
✶ THE MAIN SPACE ✶
The living area feels cozy and welcoming, with a sofa bed, soft lighting, and space to relax or watch TV. Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to work, browse, or stream during your stay.

The kitchen is equipped for easy meals, with cookware, basics, a coffee maker, and a roomy fridge. Simple and practical—ideal for breakfast, light cooking, or quick snacks.

⭐ The place is in a great location. The apartment was nicely furnished and felt cozy. Compared to other places that are fully renovated the place is a bit overpriced. The bathroom needs complete renovation - Guest review July 2025

1.Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time to avoid disturbing other tenants. Thank you!
2. Pets - Animals are not permitted in our apartments, as they are not suitable for pets. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, you may smoke in the designated smoking spots.. Please ensure that cigarettes are properly extinguished all the time..
4. Parties - Please note that parties and large events are not allowed in the apartments, as they are not equipped for this type of use. Thank you for your cooperation.
5. Babies and Toddlers: If needed, we offer a cot, high chair, and additional mattresses to make your stay more convenient for families with young children.
5. Our Availability and Services: While we primarily operate virtually, we want you to know that we are always here for you.
