Excellent location for events at The Battery

This property is located in a really quiet small neighborhood with easy access to everything you could need. We met a couple of the neighbors who are really nice. Even though it is off a major road, the home is really quiet and no traffic on this road. There are many nice restaurants within 5 minute drive. You can get to the freeway so easily. It took us maybe 10 minutes to get to our concert at The Coca Cola Roxy. Could not ask for a better location.The home itself is an older cottage that has a renovated kitchen just as you can see in the pictures. The pictures are very accurate. The beds were a little soft for our preferences, but not bad. There were a few things missing but it wasn't an issue because our host responded so quickly to our communications. The rains caused a musty smell common to homes of this age, but a little airing out and all was good.We took our senior dog with us on this trip and the home was perfect for her. It was easy for her to get in and out even with her arthritic hips. We brought some mats for her to lay on and she was comfy. The yard was great for her to rest and have some nice, quiet outside time.

This is a good place to stay close to the Braves stadium. AC was not cooling properly. Hopefully owners get AC fixed soon to properly cool. We picked fans up to sleep better the second night at a good 77 degrees. There is a bad leak under the shower and the boards are rotting away underneath subfloor. Washing room underneath is sketch. When we arrived no TP in the house so we picked that up to when we went to Walgreens. They did make that right and we used that money towards fans fund. Wouldn’t recommend staying here again. Owners answer quick to messages.

Just like home

This house is so nicely decorated. It is located on a very quiet road. Felt safe and right at home. It is located near anything you could ever want. House was clean, fresh and equipped with everything. Beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed. Nice towels and blankets. Hailey was very responsive. We will stay here again next time we are in Atlanta visiting family.

The entry to this property is thru a screen porch which was extremely dirty. There was no soap in the bathroom and the only electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. There are very few electric outlets fortunately I had an extension cord with me so we were able to charge our phones and computers. The shades on all the windows were made of straw type material and offered no privacy day or night. Too many other problems to mention.

Old home showing its age in a nice area

Definitely an old home. It wasn’t as clean as we’d like a rental to be. Screened in porch wasn’t usable because of the dirt and debris. Found a food to go box under one of the beds. Brownish water would come out of the tub faucet. Location was good and owners are responsive to messages. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Wondeful little place

My son and I came to Atlanta for the weekend to spend some time away from home. This place is close to everything, but yet still feels like you're not in the city. It's a cute older home. That's been beautifully renovated. Beds are super comfortable.We really enjoyed staying there

Overall, the stay was good and the property as described. Nice and quiet neighborhood, still close to everything in Atlanta. House was clean.We did miss (or didn't find?) some amenities such as a hair dryer, basic kitchen supplies (salt and pepper, oil), maybe a few coffee pads, et cetera.

Reconnect With Smyrna

We used to live in Smyrna. First time we visited ATL and stayed in Smyrna. It was wonderful. We remember and visited some of our favorite spots. But the house was perfect. Just the right size on a quiet street. It was decorated in a way that made us feel at home. Its nearby all the wonderful places that Smyrna has to offer. Visiting Grandsons

We were visiting our grandsons who live in GA. This property is in a great location and appeared to be exactly what we needed for a holiday stay. The host was very nice and responsive. While there, we noticed quite a few bugs, live and dead inside the property. Along with that, the refrigerator needed cleaning due to old was food left in it, so my husband cleaned it out. The house wasn’t really ready for guests. We let the host know we would only be staying one night due to being uncomfortable with all the bugs. So she told us she just had the exterminator treat for bugs. She apologized and refunded us for the night we would not be staying. We were grateful for the refund.

Sweetest Little Spot

We were in town for Morgan Wallen. The house is only a short ten minute ride to the Battery in the perfect little tucked away location. The trees are changing colors and absolutely beautiful this time of year. I even gathered some leaves to take back to my classroom for turkey crafts this week 😂 I had to message the owner a few times before arrival, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
